Information about other people

Awwrt allows users to maintain professional records that may contain information about collectors, buyers, artists, galleries, contacts, or other people.

The user entering this information is responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate and lawful reason to collect and store it.

When you use Awwrt, we may automatically collect technical information including:

3. Your Artwork and Content

You retain ownership of artwork, artwork images, descriptions, documents, and other original content that you upload to Awwrt.

Uploading content to Awwrt does not transfer ownership of that content to Awwrt Systems Pvt. Ltd.

We process and store this content only as necessary to provide the Awwrt service and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

AI training

We will not use your private artwork, artwork images, documents, or other uploaded user content to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without your explicit permission.

4. Private and Public Information

Artwork and account information is private by default, except for information that is inherently intended to be public or that you deliberately publish or share.

Certain Awwrt features allow you to create public artwork pages or share artwork through QR codes or links.

When you intentionally make information public, anyone with access to the relevant page or link may be able to view it.

You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to make publicly available.

5. Service Providers and Third Parties

We use third-party services where necessary to operate Awwrt.

These may include:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure and cloud services.
• Amazon CloudFront for delivery of images and other content.
• Payment service providers for processing subscriptions and payments.
• Analytics, monitoring, security, email, and infrastructure providers where required.

Awwrt may also allow you to open, share with, or connect to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps, Calendly, Google Forms, Tally, Google Drive, Dropbox, or payment services.

Simply providing a link to an external service does not necessarily mean Awwrt sends your account information to that service. When you choose to interact with a third-party service, that provider's own privacy policy and terms may apply.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Payments

Payments for paid Awwrt services may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Awwrt may receive information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription details, and billing information necessary to maintain your subscription.

Payment card, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials may be processed directly by the payment provider rather than stored by Awwrt.

7. International Data Processing

Awwrt uses technology and infrastructure providers that may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, we will take reasonable measures to ensure international transfers and processing are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

When you request deletion of your account, the account will normally enter a 30-day deletion period.

During this period, account restoration may be possible.

After this period, account information and user content will be deleted or anonymised from active systems, except where information must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are replaced through our normal backup cycle.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.

You may request deletion of your Awwrt account.

Before deleting an account, users should export or retain copies of information they wish to keep.

After the applicable deletion period has passed, deleted account information may not be recoverable.

Awwrt accounts are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to independently create Awwrt accounts.

If we learn that an account has been created in violation of this requirement, we may take appropriate steps to restrict or delete the account.

13. Legal Requirements

We may preserve, disclose, or process information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court orders, government requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Awwrt, our users, or others.
